5. Five-Fold Ministries: Learn what the five-fold ministries are, how they operate in the church, and identify your role within them. (Proposed Inspirational speaker: Seth Fawcett)
6. Creating a Safe Environment: Be a safe and a trustful leader for your team and your church, ensuring a secure and supportive atmosphere. (Inspirational speaker: Luca Sinatra - confirmed)
7. Leading Meetings: Learn to steward the presence, flow in the spirit, use testimonials, manage manifestations, and conduct prayer ministry during meetings. (Proposed Inspirational speaker: John Arnott)

9. Governance & vision: Understand the joy of governance and develop vision, mission, and strategy. (Proposed Inspirational speaker: Paul Manwaring)
10. Team Building: Develop an engaged team and effectively manage the stages of team development, fostering growth in leaders who, in turn, grow other leaders. (Inspirational speaker: Steve Long - confirmed)
11. Resource Management: Learn to manage your team and volunteer resources efficiently for optimal outcomes. Proposed Inspirational speaker: Ben Jackson)
12. Financial Management: Gain insights into church finances to ensure sustainability. Safeguarding approach. (Proposed Inspirational speaker: David Richards)
13. Crisis Management: Navigate crises and challenges with effective strategies, and learn how to move beyond crises and conflicts, including disciplinary measures. (Proposed Inspirational speaker: Chris Bird - confirmed)
14. Equipping and releasing people: Finding the gold - Develop and manage various teams. (Proposed Inspirational speaker: Ulf-Peter Johann)
The sessions consist of an inspirational talk on the topic (40-45 min), a Q&A segment (15-20min), and breakout rooms for peer-to-peer coaching (20min).

This program is specifically designed for pastors of small European churches who are seeking effective tools and strategies to overcome challenges and foster growth within their congregations. There will be books to read and times of exchange between sessions.
